NEW Managing your Appointments online
You are now able to book and cancel your appointments online. In order to do this you will need to first register to use our online services.
If you are already registered you can continue through to SystmOnline to book and cancel your appointments online.
Routine requests should be made before 10.30am by telephoning 01234 319991.
Requests for visits are assessed by the visiting doctor of the day.
Please accept that this is a service for the truly housebound only and all other patients are expected to come to the surgery for assessment. A doctor can usually see up to five patients in the surgery in the time taken to do one home visit.
We are also unable to access your full medical record when out of the building.
If you require a doctor outside of surgery hours please telephone 111.
