We can offer women from Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups extra support to help them have a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Our Wellbeing Team can help you with:

Need some help to make sense of where you are at now, and how to get to where you want to be?  Are you struggling to stick to your plan?

This is where we can support you, by working out what is most important to you, and helping you to achieve your goals This might include following a plan to improve your wellbeing if you have health issues such as diabetes or depression or helping you to get more out of life if your self-motivation is low and you need a boost.
